Garage After...it will be even better by the end of the week. Laura and Lee are taking some of these things and a good portion will go out with the trash.
Our newest addition to the great room... and it has a remote control!!! Love it.
What a great weekend for getting stuff done around the house. We got up early Saturday morning and rid the garage of things that belonged to Dad, trash, and made an area for items that will go to a Garage Sale in the near future. Boy was it hot, but we got it done!!!
Mr. D is truly amazing and talented. Just on Sunday, he installed our new Elfa door baskets in our kitchen pantry and changed the light switch in our pantry to a motion detected light switch it goes on and off automatically. Do you know how many times we go in there and one of us has left the light on. This is such a great thing. Then he replaced the thermostat box to one that you can program, so we are no longer cooling the house during the day. It is really cool (ha ha). After that a long time project was completed...a new ceiling fan in our great room. The neatest thing about it though is the remote, so there are no chains hanging from it. Mr. D is awesome! I already thought he was awesome, but now I think he is even more awesome than ever before.
Yeah! for a productive weekend. It feels so good.
